Nova Light Gray RTA (ready to assemble) kitchen cabinets are ideal for DIYers and contractors looking to save time and money on their kitchen remodeling project. Our RTA kitchen cabinets are the same high quality as the assembled version, however they are delivered in a flat pack box, and require assembly prior to installation.

The assembly process is straightforward and takes approximately 10-20 minutes per cabinet. You’ll need a screwdriver for assembly and everything else is included in the box. The assembly process requires lining up the pre-mounted metal interlocking brackets on the cabinet panels and fastening them together. To provide additional stability to the joints, you can use wood glue.

Our ready to assemble cabinets in Nova Light Gray feature 1/2″ plywood box construction and solid 3/4″ Birch face frame that ensure durability. The Nova Light Gray door style features 3/4″ plywood shelving which is durable enough to hold your kitchen accessories without the feat of warping over time. The hinges are concealed and six way adjustable with the option of upgrading to a soft closing mechanism. The matching Nova Light Gray finished interior and cabinet sides provide a custom cabinet look at a fraction of the cost. There is a 5 year manufacturer’s warranty on our cabinetry that covers all defective parts including hinges, drawers, and drawer glides.

This cabinet style is assembled with just a screw-gun and optionally a staple gun/wood glue for additional support. The cabinet side panels will include pre-mounted metal locking plates, so assembling is as simple as sliding the locking plates over the corresponding L-bracket, and fastening with screws in the pre-drilled holes. This method of assembly is not only simple, but provides a very durable, strong cabinet.
